An Eastern healing modality
accessing energetic meridians on the body, acupuncture utilizes
hair-thin needles to restore the body’s natural balance and improve
one’s overall health and well-being.

Chinese Herbal Medicine
Chinese herbology or Chinese herbalism, like acupuncture, functions as
an integral component of Chinese medicine. Chinese herbology utilizes
an intricate medical system that combines pure and powerful substances
derived from nature. This ancient yet efficient practice takes into
account an individual’s entire body as the collective sum of his or her
parts. Chinese herbal medicine considers a patient’s individualized
condition, assesses his or her unique Chinese medical pattern
diagnosis, and then prepares a customized herbal formula to address his
or her chief complaint and associated pattern diagnoses.
Chinese herbs can be used to treat various internal medicine
conditions, such as asthma, allergies, digestive disorders, menstrual
irregularities, urinary dysfunction, migraines, and autoimmune
disorders. Chinese herbology is especially beneficial in the treatment
of chronic, stubborn, mysterious, or misunderstood conditions.
My Acu Spa employs a granular pharmacy on the premises, making it a
convenient location for you to pick up your customized formula in the
same place that you received your herbal consultation!
